About the Role

As a Store Manager at One Stop, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our local store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience. You'll lead a team of colleagues, providing guidance, support, and training to help them develop their skills and deliver excellent customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  
• Develop and implement effective store layouts, visual merchandising, and promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  
• Monitor and control store expenses, inventory, and stock levels to ensure profitability and efficiency
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to promote a positive image of One Stop
  
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and colleague engagement
