About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business goals. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing a team of colleagues, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Manage store budgets and maintain accurate financial records
• Coach and develop colleagues to improve their skills and performance
• Collaborate with other store managers and head office teams to share best practices and improve store performance

What You'll Need:

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in a convenience store environment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
