Life Sciences Recruitment Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our Life Sciences team at Definia. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and interviewing candidates, advising and providing feedback to candidates, and attending client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market mapping specific candidate pools and headhunting
  • Generating leads through relationship building
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Communicating with clarity and conviction, ensuring fairness of opportunity for all candidates

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of recruitment experience is preferred, ideally within life sciences.
  • A recruitment consultant with a minimum of 1 year of experience
