Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager to join our team at The Management Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading retained search campaigns in building services and senior FM related roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage existing relationships to grow your personal brand and contribute to the growth of our business.
  • Work closely with our team of 30+ recruiters to identify and attract top talent for our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients and candidates.

We have a nationwide remit and have partnered with many of the UK's leading Russell Group institutions, including the University of Oxford, Imperial College London, King's College London, and London School of Economics.
