Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social care professional to lead our supported living services in the East Midlands. As a Supported Living multi-site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality support services for individuals with learning disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to regional management teams, ensuring the delivery of excellent support services that meet the needs of individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with local commissioners, support providers, and the people we support, promoting inclusion and participation in all aspects of their care.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement operational plans aligned with our organisational goals, driving service development and improvement.
  • Inclusion Promotion: Ensure active involvement of the people we support in all aspects of their care, including recruitment, policy reviews, and quality monitoring, fostering a culture of inclusivity and empowerment.
  • Holistic Support: Work collaboratively with Local Authorities, Health commissioners, and the wider MDT to provide comprehensive support, addressing the complex needs of individuals with learning disabilities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Multi-Site/Area Manager Experience.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
  • Driver's Licence.
