About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facade Engineer to join our team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a Senior Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality facade engineering services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement facade design solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct thermal modeling and condensation analysis to ensure facade performance and energy efficiency.
  • Perform contractor technical audits, tender reviews, and due diligence reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and diagnostic work to identify and resolve facade-related issues.
  • Assist in maintaining the high-quality facade service offering and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver facade engineering services.
  • Accountable for task delivery, quality, and profitability.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a similar subject, or equivalent experience. You will also need to have excellent technical knowledge, including structural analysis, thermal analysis, facade systems, facade materials, facade performances, specification, testing, manufacture, and site.

  • Excellent knowledge of facade systems and construction techniques, procurement routes, and risk assessment.
  • Understanding of and ability to use analysis software such as Mepla, Flixo, Vitrage, ANSYS, etc.
  • Very good communication skills in English.
