Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Healthcare Liaison Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between patients, clinicians, and administrative teams.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Engagement: You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing empathetic support and guidance on navigating our services.
  • Appointments and Scheduling: You will process patient requests for appointments, ensuring timely and efficient allocation to the most suitable clinician.
  • Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: You will accurately enter read-code data on Emis Web clinical system, maintaining patient records, and supporting administrative tasks as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Education: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with active signposting or Care Navigator training qualification.
  • Experience: Experience working in a primary care environment, with excellent communication skills, and strong IT skills.
  • Skillset: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with effective time management, and good interpersonal skills.
