Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Healthcare Liaison Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to provide clinical support and training on enteral feeding pumps and procedures.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Provide comprehensive training and clinical support/interventions on enteral feeding pumps, equipment, and procedures to patients and carers.
  • Facilitate patient discharges, reducing unnecessary hospital referrals and improving patient care and experience.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.

What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, along with full training and opportunities for career development.
