**Job Title:** Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Dragados S.A. UK Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
**Job Summary:
- Manage and administer multiple subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company management systems.
- Coordinate change management processes under subcontracts, including drafting contractors' instructions and reviewing NCEs and quotations for compensation events.
- Produce monthly cost and value reporting, including cash flow forecasts, and present to senior management teams.
- Assist Procurement Manager in commercial and financial aspects of contracts.
- Provide contractual advice to commercial, construction, and engineering departments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee subcontract administration for works, including design, site set-up, civils, marine works, and building and MEP works.
- Manage main designer contract, providing cost information to the design team.
- Work with estimating managers and specialist suppliers to review and update construction stage estimates.
- Report to commercial managers on contractual aspects of projects.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience working NEC 3 or 4 contracts and administering NEC 3 or Subcontract (Option A / B / C / E).
- Experience working with main contractors on large civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of EU and UK legislative requirements affecting procurement.
- Analytical mind and logical problem-solving skills.
- Able to work as part of a team.
**Estimated Salary Range:** £70,000 - £100,000 per annum.
