SoC Verification Lead

Arm's Systems Development team creates subsystems and SoC designs for various application segments, using the latest IP products from Arm and other vendors.
We are seeking a highly skilled SoC Verification Lead to join our team. As a key member of our verification team, you will be responsible for verifying and testing sophisticated IP such as CPU/GPU/DSP processors with memory controllers and interconnect fabrics.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that these products work effectively with each other and the software to enable our partners to produce outstanding systems.
Responsibilities:- Owning test plans and defining test methodologies to ensure functional correctness of SoC.
- Collaborating with project management, design leads, and engineering management on planning tasks, setting schedules, and quality checkpoints.
- Working with leads from other teams, including architecture, design, implementation, modeling, performance analysis, silicon validation, FPGA, and board development.
- Mentoring work package/SubSystem Verification leads.
- Experience in leading verification teams of complex SoCs.
- Experience in working with project management, design, DFT, implementation, and other leads to come up with cohesive plans and schedules.
- Knowledge of assembly language (preferably ARM) and hardware verification languages (e.g., SystemVerilog).
- Experience in GLS, DFT/DFD, Power Aware verification techniques.
- Experience in one or more of various verification methodologies – UVM, formal, low power, emulation.
- Exposure to all stages of verification: requirements collection, creation of verification methodology plans, test plans, testbench implementation, test case development, documentation, and support.
- Practical experience of verifying processor-based system designs.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts with different audiences.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of Arm system architectures.
- Experience in embedded operating systems, device drivers, microprocessor, and embedded system hardware architectures.
- Experience verifying subsystems for PCIe, LPDDR, HBM, UCIe, Ethernet.
- Development and deployment of large SoCs on emulation platforms.
