Job Title: Child Development and Learning Lead
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager or an aspiring Nursery Manager to lead our expanding Pre-School. As a Child Development and Learning Lead, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating preschool room and implementing policies and procedures that promote a safe, happy, healthy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe, secure, and nurturing environment
- Implement policies and procedures that promote a safe, happy, healthy environment
- Ensure excellent working knowledge of the EYFS
- Work closely with the Headteacher, Operations Lead, and wider team to successfully run the Pre-School
Requirements:
- Confident, caring, and friendly attitudes
- Excellent communication skills, competently liaising with parents and other professionals
- Flexibility, teamwork, and support for other practitioners in the setting
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, secure, and nurturing environment
- Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS
- Commitment and passion to promoting the ethos and values of the school and getting the best outcomes for all children

Salary: £26,421 - £29,777 per annum (full-time equivalent), actual starting salary £4,444 based on 7 hours per week, term time only.
