About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador at TEMPUR UK Ltd. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent the TEMPUR brand and values, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Drive Sales Results: Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the store management team to achieve individual and store goals.
  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Offer personalized advice and assistance to customers, ensuring they receive the TEMPUR customer journey.
  • Develop Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the benefits and uses of each TEMPUR product, continuously developing your knowledge and understanding of the business.
  • Support Store Management: Assist the store management team in achieving individual and store sales targets, executing daily operational goals and priorities.
  • Maintain a Clean and Orderly Environment: Ensure the store and back office/kitchen areas are clean and tidy, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Confident and Enthusiastic: A bright and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about the TEMPUR brand and products.
  • Proven Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
  • Results-Driven: Able to balance a customer-orientated and results-driven approach, delivering and exceeding sales results.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A clear communicator with a good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Team Player: A team player who is able to maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Adaptable and Flexible: Willing to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business.
