Job Title: Operations Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and sport-minded professional to join our team as an Operations Assistant at the University of Exeter Sports Office.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the efficient and safe operation of our sports facilities. As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of service across all facilities, including lifeguarding, set ups and take downs of equipment, supervising the gyms, and maintaining cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of our sports facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for users.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, including cleaning, repairs, and minor maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with the supervision of gym sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for users.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects, enhancing the overall sports experience for users.
