Quality Industrial Placement Specialist

As a member of our Quality Management Group, you'll have the opportunity to work on real-world challenges that directly impact the energy industry. You'll be responsible for identifying and implementing quality improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
We're looking for candidates who are on track to achieve, or have already achieved, a 2:2 undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Science, or Emergency Management. You should possess strong technical and analytical skills, along with a genuine desire to learn and develop new capabilities.

What does this opportunity offer you?
We're recruiting for students to join us in the Quality Management Group at both our HPC & Satellite Delivery Centre. In this group, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in industrial and fire safety, as well as understand and support our emergency arrangements.

Training, development, and support for you
Over the course of this 12-month programme, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in hands-on learning, working on real-world challenges that directly impact the energy industry. Most of your learning will be on the job, supported by your mentor and the teams around you.

Your work location
You will be based at our offices in either:
- Hinkley Point C (Bridgwater)
- Satellite Delivery Centre (Bridgwater)
You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with other departments, allowing you to get a comprehensive picture of how a nuclear power station is run.
