As an Engineering Industrial Placement student, you'll be based at Hinkley Point C, the largest construction project in Europe. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues, learning through hands-on experience and developing your technical and analytical skills.

We're looking for candidates who are on track to achieve, or have already achieved, a 2:2 undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering. You should possess strong technical and analytical skills, along with a genuine desire to learn and develop new capabilities. A questioning attitude, good teamwork, and effective communication skills are also essential qualities we seek.
Our training, development, and support for you will be tailored to your needs, with a focus on hands-on learning and real-world challenges. You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in projects such as supporting improvements to safety, looking at how radiation protection supports the building and operational life of new power stations, and assisting in running, maintaining, and developing the condition monitoring programme throughout a plant.
