Overview:
Are you a skilled leader or warehouse professional seeking a rewarding opportunity?

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a dedicated team of warehouse staff.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance to ensure motivation and achievement of targets.
- Ensure all personnel are properly trained and that all operational areas are adequately staffed.
- Guarantee that all orders are accurately assembled and distributed.
- Plan weekly production schedules and collaborate closely with other supervisors for resource management.
- Address any stock shortages or discrepancies promptly and maintain accurate records.
- Supervise the label room, ensuring responsible usage and upkeep of all labels.
- Complete daily assignments as directed by management.
- Participate in regular meetings and training sessions as required.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the company as part of the implementation team.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity within a production or labeling setting.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Proven capability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving objectives.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Certification in counterbalance and reach operations.
