Job Title: Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our Real Estate Portfolio & Programme Management team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for delivering complex digital real estate programmes and portfolios, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of digital real estate programmes and portfolios, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for digital real estate matters.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, supporting the preparation and delivery of bids and proposals for digital real estate projects.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our portfolio and programme management products and services, sharing best practices and lessons learned in the digital real estate sector.
  • Embrace and promote the use of digital tools and solutions to enhance portfolio and programme delivery and performance, such as data analytics, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence.
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of portfolio/programme management requirements and how it relates to digital real estate.
  • Ability to work in relevant portfolio/programme management processes and systems, such as agile, waterfall, and hybrid.
  • Awareness/experience of various methods of procurement and forms of contract for digital real estate projects.
  • Good communication skills, in person and written, with the ability to communicate complex digital real estate concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Professional membership desirable, such as RICS, PMI, or CIOB.
