Job Title: SME Commercial Account Handler

Location: Hybrid role (3 days in office)

We are seeking an experienced SME Commercial Account Handler to join our dynamic team at Lawes Insurance Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of our client's plans for growth and new opportunities.

Your Role
  • Take ownership of a book of small commercial clients and build strong relationships with them.
  • Provide excellent customer service, understanding their needs, and exploring further opportunities to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Support account managers and demonstrate professionalism, integrating with the existing team to provide help and support.
  • Be a strong self-starter with a proven ability to manage your workload and work as part of a close-knit team.
  • Deal with a wide variety of businesses and policy types, including commercial combined, package policies, professional indemnity, commercial vehicle, motor trade, cyber, management liability, fleet, computers, contractors, events, marine, and more.
  • Manage claims effectively.
