Job Title: SME Commercial Account Handler

Location: Nottingham – Hybrid role (3 days in office)

We are seeking an experienced SME Commercial Account Handler to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our group, you will play a vital role in our plans for growth and new opportunities.

Your Role
  • Take ownership of a book of small commercial clients and build strong relationships with them.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Support account managers and work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality solutions for customers.
  • Manage your workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Handle a diverse range of businesses and policy types, including commercial combined, package policies, professional indemnity, and more.
  • Manage claims and provide excellent customer service in this area.
  • Enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home 2 days a week.
