Health Promotion Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Health Promotion Specialist to join our team at Equals One Ltd. As a Community Health and Engagement Officer, you will play a vital role in promoting community health and engagement.
About the Role:
This is a permanent, part-time position (30 hours/week) with potential for full-time in the future. You will be responsible for developing and implementing health promotion strategies, building relationships with local communities, and providing support to individuals and groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health promotion strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and partners.
- Provide support and guidance to individuals and groups on health-related issues.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to community health and engagement.
Requirements:
- A driving licence is essential for this role.
- You must be able to work Monday to Friday, with flexible start times.
- You will have access to up to 33 days holiday per year, including bank holidays.
