Job Description:

Xede Recruitment is looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Student Support Assistant in Barnsley.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting learners with complex behaviours and be able to deliver tailored support to meet individual needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Working with learners to identify and address challenges that impact their education.
  2. Developing and implementing personalized support plans to help learners achieve their goals.
  3. Providing one-on-one and group support to assist learners in participating in teaching and educational activities.
  4. Ensuring accurate completion of necessary documentation and reports.
  5. Collaborating with colleagues to provide a comprehensive support service.
  6. Engaging in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
