We're looking for an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join our team at Veritas Education. As a Teaching Assistant for Students with SEMH Needs, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students.

The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to students, assisting teachers in the classroom, and leading activities to promote physical and emotional development. You will also be required to build strong relationships with children and young adults, and handle sensitive conversations with empathy and understanding.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong understanding of SEMH needs. We require applicants to have a Right to Work in the UK, Enhanced DBS, and Proof of Address. Team Teach training is desirable but not essential.
