Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Summary:

The Machine Operator will be responsible for coordinating the safe and efficient running of the production line, including the control of packing and quality of the components being made.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packing pallets/boxes according to required standards
  • Sealing and closing packs
  • Performing other tasks as deemed reasonable for the role
  • Contributing to ongoing continuous improvement projects
  • Adhering to all quality controlled documents, policies, and procedures
  • Completing controlled documentation and production records
  • Effective time management, focus, and communication are required
  • Communicating and working with all teams, including management, warehouse, maintenance, and quality to meet goals
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a high level of delivery and detail focus, be aware of company strategy, and understand how individual and team goals impact this. This is a key role for the site as it helps maintain the continuous and efficient running of the factory.
