Job Description

Industrious Recruitment is seeking a skilled Line Operator to join our team in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the safe and efficient running of the production line, including the control of packing and quality of the components being made.
  • Pack pallets/boxes according to required standards.
  • Seal and close packs.
  • Perform other tasks deemed reasonable for the role.
  • Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement projects.
  • Adhere to all quality-controlled documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Complete controlled documentation and production records.
  • Effectively manage time, focus, and communication.
  • Communicate and work with all teams, including management, warehouse, maintenance, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working in a factory.
  • Logical and methodical approach to duties.
  • Ability to support and work at multiple sites when required.
