Your Responsibilities
As a Compassionate Support Assistant with City & County Healthcare Group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the Belfast area. Your duties will include:

* Assisting clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and domestic tasks
* Developing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to your manager

You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, and provide support and care that is tailored to their individual requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of £12 per hour, plus 25p mileage, and a range of benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, paid training and shadowing, and access to our employee assistance program.
