About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Health and Safety Administrator to join our team at Monaghans Ltd. As a key member of our Health and Safety Team, you will provide administrative support for our expanding client base across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support, including document management, health and safety document preparation, liaison with stakeholders, and basic health and safety project administration under standard processes.
  • Prepare projects documents based on templates, and collate information.
  • Input data and maintain accurate records via the client's online portal.
  • Support our Health and Safety colleagues in day-to-day activities.
  • Carry out filing and updating project trackers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience or qualifications within health and safety and/or construction are desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel.
