Your Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our National Family team as a Lead Administrative Coordinator. This position is essential in maintaining outstanding service levels for both our clients and colleagues in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks within a large team, making effective time management and prioritization skills vital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently onboarding new clients while ensuring compliance requirements are fulfilled.
  • Overseeing the billing process from initiation to completion.
  • Communicating with clients and external parties, including legal professionals, to assist with client cases.
  • Managing the schedules of fee-earners, arranging travel, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of legal documents, forms, and bundles.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized client files, ensuring timely compliance actions are taken.
  • Participating in internal meetings to represent the support team and contribute to meetings, events, and business development initiatives.
  • Providing support for project work and assisting the National Family team in achieving its objectives.

About You:

We are looking for a collaborative individual who is committed to working a minimum of three days from one of our vibrant offices, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week.

  • A quick learner who is solution-oriented and takes initiative to ensure tasks are completed.
  • Willing to adapt to our digital, agile, and dynamic working methods in response to business and client needs.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred, particularly in the family law sector.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and adjust priorities as necessary.
  • Exceptional client care skills along with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
