Job Summary:
EVera Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Inverter Development Manager to lead the development of inverter projects for a luxury British car manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development process, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of inverter projects, including project management, supplier management, and programme alignment.
- Support virtual verification activities, including packaging, 1D & 3D analyses.
- Complete change tracking documents, engineering release notices, and releases to facilitate engineering changes.
- Coordinate system and supplier comparison studies and evaluate RFQ responses to inform management decisions.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related field.
- Deep technical knowledge of inverter hardware and software, including inverter hardware design, control methodologies, and future technology developments.
- Deep technical knowledge of eMotors, motor control theory, and automotive HV power electronics hardware and software.
- Strong teamwork skills, self-motivated, and eager to take responsibility and deliver results with minimal supervision.
