Aston Martin ePowertrain High Voltage Integration and Simulation Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious ePowertrain High Voltage Integration and Simulation Engineer Graduate to join our Powertrain Electrification team at Aston Martin. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in the development of Hybrid and Electric Propulsion Systems, including key High Voltage (HV) vehicle system components such as Battery Packs, eMotors, inverters, DCDC converters, and on-board chargers.
Your primary responsibility will be to initiate High Voltage simulation work, simulating inverters, motors, DC-DC converters, or batteries, and performing CAN bus data analysis and fault finding. You will work closely with our team to deliver innovative solutions and drive the advancement of hybrid and electric powertrain and vehicle technology.
What We're Looking ForWe are looking for individuals who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's possible and thriving in challenging environments. You will need to hold an Engineering Degree in Electro-chemistry, Electrical, Electronic, or a related field, and have experience in Matlab Simulink or Simspace, and knowledge of Vector and CAN bus communication.
You will also need to possess strong teamwork and collaboration skills, be self-motivated, eager to take responsibility, and deliver results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as a passion for the advancement of hybrid and electric powertrain and vehicle technology.
