Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and caring Bank Catering Assistant to join our team at Llys Hafren. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive delicious and nutritious meals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the chef in food preparation, ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Independently prepare hot meals and sandwiches for residents, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Load and unload the dishwasher, wash up equipment, and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Collect and distribute crockery, clear tea trolleys, and empty kitchen rubbish.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the catering team to deliver exceptional service to our residents.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and be flexible in your approach to work.
