We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at Rullion Limited. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in managing all commercial aspects of your region, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring commercial awareness is administered during project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Production of weekly and monthly cost/value reconciliations
- Bridge the gap between operations and clients to agree client variations and changes to scope
- Liaise with various departments to report and manage commercial performance of schemes in your region
- Attend monthly operational meetings to discuss regional performance of schemes
- Prepare client valuations and manage client relationships/disputes
- Manage client debt and establish strong relationships with clients
- Prepare final accounts for clients and sub-contractors
- Experience working in the Utility sector commercial/financial environment
- Management and production of cost/value reconciliation
- Experience working directly with clients
- Building internal and external relationships
- Proficient in use of Excel spreadsheets and document management packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with commercial contracts terms
- Previous experience dealing with client variations/changes of scope
- Experience leading meetings
