About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our field marketing agency, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of merchandisers in the Dudley area.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced merchandiser looking to step up to a supervisory role. You will be responsible for supervising and training your team to ensure they are delivering excellent service to our clients and meeting agreed targets and deadlines.

Your duties will include:

  • Coordinating the merchandising schedule for merchandisers in your area
  • Coaching and training fellow merchandisers on merchandising principles and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines
  • Arranging and organising products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal
  • Setting up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers, and providing accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving license and access to a car that can be used for business purposes
  • Experience of retail merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
