About the Role

At GE Aerospace, we are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineering Apprentice to join our team in Cheltenham. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in manufacturing engineering while working on real-world projects. You will be part of a 4-year rotational scheme that will enable you to understand end-to-end manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a professional project from start to finish.
  • Implement quality improvement processes to drive excellence.
  • Sustain business growth through lean manufacturing techniques.

Requirements
  • GCSE's (or equivalent), including Maths, English at grades C/4 or above.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Engineering / Manufacturing, OR 3 A-Levels, including Maths or Engineering, at grades C or above.

Total Reward Package

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a non-contributory pension, life assurance, group income protection, private medical cover, and holiday entitlement.
