As a Micro Space Planner, you'll play a critical role in driving our commercial agenda and supporting the Micro Space Lead in developing ranges and creating planograms that drive sales and profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to optimize range construction and improve the customer offer across multiple categories
  • Create planograms using in-house systems and ensure new and refitted stores have correct planograms for opening
  • Manage range and store grading to ensure the right product is in the right store
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor ranges and display techniques

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant work experience in visual merchandising or space planning, or retail with experience in planograms
  • Strong commercial skills and market interpretation, with excellent organization and planning skills
  • High level of numeracy and attention to detail, with excellent engaging, influencing, negotiating, and presenting skills
