IT Project Management Office Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT PMO Analyst to join our team. As an IT PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the quality improvement on governance, reporting, and delivering support across all portfolio projects and programmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the quality improvement on governance, reporting, and delivering support across all portfolio projects and programmes.
- Create project files and provide detailed guidance on project management software, procedures, processes, tools, and techniques.
- Contribute to financial monitoring and reporting while maintaining systems and registers, and attending meetings with various stakeholders.
- Experience supporting and working within project and programme teams with processes and governance.
- Reporting, analysis skills, and an inquisitive nature to understand the workings of the PMO and provide support and guidance as required.
- A good eye for detail and willingness to take ownership of allocated tasks to completion.
- Experience using Power BI and Power Automate to support organizing processes throughout the business.
- Ability to work using your own initiative and effective communication skills.
