As a Technical Team Manager - Wellingborough at Weatherbys Banking Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

With a salary of £80,000 - £85,000 per annum, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Based in our Wellingborough head office, you will have the flexibility to work from home up to three days per week.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Leading and managing a team of software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  2. Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and timelines.
  4. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  5. A proven track record of managing software development projects from inception to completion.
  6. A deep understanding of software engineering principles, including coding, testing, and debugging.
  7. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  8. Excellent technical competence including PowerBI, DAX Studio, and Java.
  9. Experience in the financial services industry.
