Care Assistant Opportunities

Dimensions is seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our Floating Support team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work collaboratively with core staff teams to deliver person-centred support, develop strong relationships with service users and their families, and contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to service users, focusing on their needs and aspirations
- Work closely with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning and coordination
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives
Requirements:
- At least 6 months' experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with learning disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
