Advanced Perinatal Support Worker

Job Description: As a Specialist Practitioner in Maternal Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to women experiencing perinatal difficulties. This includes developing individualised care plans, assessing and identifying mental health needs, and referring to external services when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Full understanding of relevant policy, legislation, drivers and their application to clinical and service area.
- Basic IT skills.
- Part III or 13 of NMC live register or appropriate core professional training.
