Job Overview

This Specialist Perinatal Occupational Therapist position offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialist team providing care to women experiencing perinatal difficulties. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a broad understanding of relevant policy, legislation, and their application to clinical practice and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to women with perinatal difficulties
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
  • Evidence current CPD/formal qualifications at an advanced level

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the HCPC
  • Registration within the specialist RCOT sections
  • Willingness to consider undertaking training required for Practice Placements for students
