Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to work with a primary school pupil in Chesterfield. The successful candidate will have experience working with SEN children and a passion for education. This is a part-time opportunity to support the academic progress of a child and help them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

About the School:
The school is a small Infant school in Chesterfield, graded good by Ofsted. It has high expectations for its pupils and provides a supportive environment for both students and staff. The senior management team cares for the well-being of all members and is committed to providing ongoing support and development opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • To work 1-1 with a primary school pupil, supporting their academic progress and engagement
  • To provide additional support to the pupil, as required, to ensure they achieve their goals
  • To communicate regularly with the school's senior management team and other relevant staff members
