Job Title: Account Manager – Hertfordshire
A dynamic and growth-oriented print and communications company seeks an experienced Account Manager with exceptional organisational and methodical skills to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of Production Services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to external clients and internal account teams. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
A comprehensive knowledge of litho and digital print production processes is required, with a proven track record in the industry.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word/Excel/PPT).
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills.
- Personable character with a positive work ethic.
- Comfortable and confident in client-facing situations.
- Receive, validate and translate client briefs into internal briefs.
- Accurate and timely maintenance of WIP and client status reports.
- Preparation and submission of briefs, estimates, schedules and invoices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Approximately 2-3 years of print experience.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise.
- Organised project management skills.
- Able to communicate at all levels.
- Litho and digital print production knowledge and understanding of finishing processes.
Direct mail experience is highly advantageous.
