Lead Project Engineer / Project Manager (CCTV)

Job Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our fire and security installation and maintenance business, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and installation teams, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits, assess project progress, and identify potential issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and minimizing costs.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in access control, security, and fire protection systems, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Participate in business development activities, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in the CCTV / Security Engineering industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of access control, security, and fire protection systems, with a focus on CCTV installation and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for work, with occasional overseas assignments.
