Lead Project Engineer / Project Manager (CCTV)

Job Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our fire and security installation and maintenance business, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet the client's requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and installation teams, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget and that any variances are identified and addressed promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in the CCTV / Security Engineering industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of access control, security, and fire protection systems.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and travel.
