About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Kenton Black. As a key member of our SHE department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Head of SHE to develop and implement risk assessments and method statements.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of health and safety training programs.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH General and NEBOSH Construction certifications.
  • Current UK driving license and use of a personal car for work-related purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with site installation teams, colleagues, and senior management.
