Educational Support Professional

Long Term Futures Ltd is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to provide tailored support to a pupil with Autism in a welcoming mainstream primary school in Coventry.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification and have experience supporting SEN pupils in an educational setting. Additional qualifications such as TeamTeach or Positive Behaviour Management training are highly advantageous.
This rewarding role involves providing one-on-one support to the pupil, helping them thrive both academically and socially. The successful candidate will be skilled in managing, updating, and reviewing EHCPs to ensure continuous progress.

Salary: £90 - £105 per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to the pupil with Autism
