Care and Support Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team at Rehability UK. As a Care and Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

The Role

As a Care and Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to our clients, supporting them with their daily needs and promoting their independence. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to clients, including personal care, medication management, and domestic support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the needs of each client
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care and support, preferably in a home care setting
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
