Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Youth Care Practitioner to join our team at Bridgeway Family Homes. As a key member of our collaborative team, you will provide goal-focused services to families, children, and youth experiencing social, emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges.

The successful candidate will work in our Specialized Foster Homes, transporting children/youth while providing services. This role requires excellent organizational, administrative, and report-writing skills, as well as knowledge of FASD, ODD, autism, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and other diagnoses.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide services in Foster Homes and the community as an Independent Contractor
  • Transport children/youth while providing services
  • Develop strong relationships with children/youth and their families
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

A current background check (Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Welfare Record Check) and driver's license are mandatory requirements.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and growth.
