Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care and Support Worker. You will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, and practical support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
