Civil Engineering Project Manager - Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an Experienced Civil Engineer to lead our project teams and contribute to the overall success of our organization. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing moderately complex projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Engineering:

  • Developing engineering records and writing concise technical reports.
  • Leading teams of technical professionals and projects.
  • Designing and managing multiple engineering projects.
  • Calculating and preparing planning and design documents and reports.
  • Assisting project managers with management tasks.

Marketing & Business Development:

  • Participating in marketing and business development activities.
  • Seeking opportunities for cross-selling to enhance and expand our existing client relationships.
  • Cultivating new and existing relationships.

Other:

  • Maintaining and expanding professional capabilities.
  • Practicing mindful awareness of your activities and surroundings.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Civil Engineering discipline.
  • 2-5+ years of related professional experience.
  • Professional Engineer with the ability to obtain registration within one year.
  • Proven track record of working together with teams of technical professionals and projects.

  • Extensive knowledge of the principles and practices of engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrate personal investment in your career.
  • Energetic and flexible in order to perform in fast-paced environment and resolve challenges.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
  • Occasional travel required.
