Learning Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant in a SEN school in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact on students' lives.
The successful candidate will support students with complex needs, either within or outside the classroom. Experience working with students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from inexperienced candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
Our special school caters for students aged 10-16 with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Located in the Surrey countryside, the school offers opportunities for outdoor learning and a curriculum covering academic and practical subjects.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong desire to support young people with complex needs. You will work closely with the teaching staff to develop personalized learning plans that help students build confidence and prepare them for their next steps after school.

What We Offer:
